"KyivExpoPlaza" - the center of the largest exhibitions in Ukraine

KyivExpoPlaza - one of the largest and most modern in Ukraine, which has positioned itself as an exhibition center - not the organizer of exhibition. More than 100 national and international exhibitions, as well as more than 700 conferences and congresses. Every year the exhibitions are attended by over 8,000 companies (including 2,000 foreign ones) from 50 countries worldwide. Exhibitions attract more than 600,000 visitors every year. A lot of national and international conferences and conventions from 50 for up to 15,000 persons are held at KyivExpoPlaza apart from exhibitions on a regular base.

KyivExpoPlaza is located in the Western part of Kyiv, not far from the city centre, near to Nyvky metro station (1.5 km from it) and near to one of the city's main artery roads, Peremohy Avenue. The exhibition centre is convenient to get to from any part of the cities.

Invitation for 5 minutes
If you do not plan to stay in a queue and waste your time to fill entry forms, it is enough to fill an application and receive an invitation to the exhibition on-line. To do this, you can open the main page www.expoplaza.kiev.ua and go to the section "Order invitation", choose the exhibition you like to visit and click on the link to fill in the registration form. After that, the electronic ticket come to your e-mail in a few minutes, please print it and show in the entrance during registration. Please be patience because many of organizers set up a separate entrance for registered users and paint it with green color.

Choose and book a closest hotel
If you do not know where to stay during the show, choose the closest hotel in 5 minute distance from Exhibition Centre, taking into account your preferences and budget, go to the "Order a closest hotel” section, where you can see hotels & rooms photos. Book a suitable hotel with the service "Order a closest hotel" form, here you can also order point a transfer from the airport or train station to the hotel or to the exhibition center.

Event without any problems
If you need to organize an educational or business event, choose a conference room or several rooms for session placement. In “Conference -service" section you can select room specification and order the necessary furniture placement, specify the time and date. Your order will be processed by managers and respond in an hour. In addition you can order lunch, coffee- breaks, receptions and banquets in Plaza restaurant located in KyivExpoPlaza Exhibition Center, different types of menu will be offered you to choose according budget and client request.
